1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between PDK Investment Consultant LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Client (“you” or “your”) regarding the provision of investment management services, trading signals, and mentorship programs.
2. Services Provided
PDK Investment Consultant LLC offers the following services: – Investment Account Management: Trading on your behalf with restricted account access (no withdrawal rights). – Trading Signal Provision: Delivering trade recommendations based on market analysis. – Mentorship Programs: Educational programs to enhance your trading knowledge and skills.
3. Client Responsibilities
– You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process. – You maintain ownership and control of your trading accounts. – You acknowledge that past performance does not guarantee future results. – You must notify us immediately of any changes to your trading platform credentials or account details.
4. Account Access
– We require trading access only to your account. – We do not request withdrawal rights or custody of client funds. – You may revoke access at any time but must inform us in writing.
5. Fees and Payments
– Management Fee: 5% of investment capital, billed monthly upfront. – Profit Share: 40% of net monthly profits earned, with 60% retained by the client. – Signal Group Membership: Monthly fee of USD 70 or free lifetime membership via referral broker registration. – All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Risk Acknowledgement
– Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk. – You may experience losses of part or all of your investment. – You agree that PDK Investment Consultant LLC is not liable for any losses incurred.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your information. All personal and financial data will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. No Guarantees
PDK Investment Consultant LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, profits, or the performance of any trading strategy.
9. Termination
– Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. – Upon termination, access to trading accounts will be revoked, and any outstanding fees must be settled.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or platform communication.
